Great idea! it'll save me trying to find all the email addresses and this way we can all learn from each other!
ReplyDeleteGood idea to keep in touch. Does anyone use ADVFN chart soft? How can you scan through the powerplays charts?(Desktop window or Chart window). Any advises on how to use ADVFN are welcome. THX
ReplyDeleteI would like to know how to flip through the powerplay charts too. At the moment I have to click on the previous tab for all the powerplays and then choose the next one. Only 2 clicks if I could reduce it to one click or button press it's a 50% effort saving!
ReplyDeleteWhere can I add stocks to whatchlist on ADVFN??
ReplyDeletePiggi, Andy this is the reply i got from ADVFN when i asked them about scanning through the powerplwy charts....
ReplyDeleteUsing the Desktop page, you will be able to view the powerplays in one place. The powerplays are located in the middle of the page (they have the headings PP long and PP short). Whenever you click on the symbol in this list, you find that its chart then appears in the panel on the left hand side. Hopefully this should answer your questions, but do let us know if you need any further help with this.

When i looked at it - it seems to work fine but you still have to click on the next company down in the list.
Hope this helps!
i think you look under Monitors on ADVFN looking at it, you can click monitor and edit list and by using the short company codes you can type them like normal and update so you have a list to track over the next few days.
ReplyDeleteIf you go to the K2A website and log in then scroll down towards the bottom of the page there is a ADVFN help section that shows videos on how to do it - i found it quite helpful.
sorry wasn't too clear the above comment is to add a watch list.
ReplyDeleteTHX for help.
ReplyDeleteI tried Au tonigt but the risk ratio was 2:1
